Who Are We?
We are Michael and Victoria, a couple who are passionate about health, but from different perspectives. Michael is a keen amateur chef, baker and home brewer, who has years of experience in creating his own recipes for many different holistic food dishes. Victoria is a GiCheon master and academic, who has researched and practiced the mind body discipline for the past two decades.

We are here to share our vision of a healthy lifestyle. Everybody has their own ideas of the ideal healthy lifestyle, and we are no different! Michael is a believer that diet is incredibly important to physical and mental health. Victoria has a deep understanding of how the body and mind are linked and how to improve the flow of Ki to improve health.

Maker of Food and Messes
Michael creates holistic food recipes, from fermented probiotic beverages, to pizza recipes that taste better than any takeaway! No matter how much you tell yourself that you don't have time, or you don't have the tools, Michael will show you how to cook delicious and very nutritious meals for yourself or your family without taking up all of your free time or breaking the bank.
Victoria Ten
GiCheon Master and Food Critic
Victoria has been practising and teaching GiCheon for two decades, all over the world! No matter your fitness level, or range of movement, Victoria can help anybody improve their physical health and strength through GiCheon training. Whether through regular classes or attending a one off retreat, Victoria can share her knowledge of mind body cultivation with you and help you feel healthier and happier.
